What we commit to

A few principles shape every decision about data at Syncanix:

  • Every customer’s data is isolated from every other customer’s, enforced at multiple layers.
  • You decide what is remembered and what is retained, and you can ask for it back or erased.
  • End users are always told when they’re talking to AI, in their own language.
