What is Syncanix?

Syncanix turns your existing API into an AI assistant your users can talk to — embedded in your app and available to AI clients over MCP.

Syncanix is the AI chat platform for B2B SaaS. It discovers what your product can already do from your existing API, then gives you an assistant that can answer questions and take real actions on your users' behalf — inside your app, and from AI clients like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and ChatGPT. It runs in the EU and speaks six languages out of the box.

What you get

One command discovers your API and produces a capability catalog. That catalog is the single source of truth behind four things you can ship:

  • A discovery CLI that scans your codebase and turns your endpoints into a structured catalog of capabilities.
  • An embeddable chat widget that drops into your app with a single script tag and matches your brand automatically.
  • An AI chat surface that answers questions and runs your API actions as the signed-in user, with the right approvals.
  • A per-tenant MCP server so your users can reach the same capabilities from Claude Desktop, Cursor, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients.

Who it’s for

Syncanix is built for B2B SaaS teams who already have an HTTP API and an identity provider, and want to add an AI assistant that genuinely operates the product — not just a read-only FAQ bot. If your users sign in and take actions through your API today, those same actions can become things the assistant does for them, safely and with an audit trail.

Two kinds of user

Throughout these docs we distinguish two roles, because they see very different surfaces:

Builder / admin
Your team: the people who run the CLI, configure the dashboard, design the widget, and manage billing. Most of this documentation is for you.
End user
Your customer’s signed-in users: the people who chat with the widget or connect an MCP client. Syncanix never holds their credentials — every action runs under their own identity from your identity provider.

What guides the product

  • You stay in control. Read actions can run automatically; actions that write data ask for confirmation; destructive actions are blocked unless you allow them. The assistant never holds your users' credentials.
  • EU-hosted. Everything runs in AWS in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), with encryption at rest.
  • Six languages, including right-to-left. The widget, the chat, and this documentation are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, and Hebrew — with correct right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew.
  • Clear about what’s ready. We document what Syncanix does today and flag what’s still on the way, so you always know what you can rely on.
