- AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) for all customer data.
- Operational log retention
- Technical operational logs are kept for 14 days.
- Rate limiting
- Bursts beyond the limit get a 429 Too Many Requests response.
- Payload size
- Oversized request bodies are rejected with a 413 response.
Usage & metering
- Metering unit
- Monthly active end users (MAEU) — distinct end users per calendar month (UTC).
- Approaching warning
- The dashboard flags usage at about 80% of your allowance.
- Spend caps
- Configurable monthly ceilings with alert thresholds, set per workspace.
Supported languages
Every user-facing surface is native in all six languages, right-to-left where appropriate:
- English.
- Spanish — Español.
- French — Français.
- German — Deutsch.
- Arabic — العربية, right-to-left.
- Hebrew — עברית, right-to-left.
