Connecting sources
Add a source per environment and the assistant keeps it in sync. You can connect Markdown files, a sitemap, Notion, Confluence, Intercom, or Google Drive — or upload documents directly.
Syncing & freshness
Each source shows its status and can be synced on demand. Set how often it refreshes and who can see it, so the assistant always works from current, appropriately-scoped content.
Inspecting & tuning
Open a source to inspect its documents and the chunks the assistant retrieves. Per document or chunk, you can:
- Exclude — hide content you don’t want used.
- Pin — boost content that should be preferred.
- Relabel — change how a source is described or who can see it.
- Edit — rewrite a chunk for a clearer answer.
